Return Policy

All sales are final on flayvacigars.com. All merchandise shipped from our warehouse goes through a quality control process and leaves in perfect condition. Currently, returns are not accepted. In the event that you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us at flayvacigars@gmail.com. Our customers service team will respond within 72 hours.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given if a product is paid for and not shipped. All shipments are tracked with proof of delivery to the address used at the time of purchase.
